Junior Achievement is proud to be a grant recipient of the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation! This grant of $50,000 will empower JACF to carry forward and amplify its efforts in advancing 3DE, deepening its impact and expanding opportunities for transformative education in Orange and Osceola counties.

3DE by Junior Achievement™ is an instructional model which creates a rigorous, interactive, standards-based learning environment incorporating competency-based case methodology, project-based learning, and real-world experiences. 3DE re-engineers high school education to be more relevant, experiential, and authentically connected to the complexities of the real world to more fully prepare today's students for the demands of tomorrow's economy. By giving education real-world context, this program empowers, inspires and better prepares students for life after graduation.

As part of the Orlando Magic's continuing commitment to the Central Florida community, the Orlando Magic has announced it will distribute a total of $1.6 million through the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation this season.

Acknowledging the importance of this grant distribution, Dan DeVos, chairman of the Orlando Magic and OMYF, commented, “On behalf of the entire DeVos family and the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation, we are honored to champion meaningful causes that uplift and empower youth across the Orlando community each year.”

Junior Achievement of Central Florida extends its deepest gratitude to the Orlando Magic, Orlando Magic Youth Foundation, and the DeVos Family. Their remarkable generosity and unwavering commitment to our community inspire us to create meaningful change – together.
