The Vice President of 3DE (Experiential & District Engagement) is a visionary and hands-on academic leader responsible for the successful implementation, scaling, and sustainability of the 3DE by Junior Achievement model across all district partner schools. Reporting to the Chief Academic Officer (CAO), this individual oversees all aspects of 3DE execution, team development, school partnership engagement, and fidelity to the national 3DE framework—while tailoring implementation to the local Central Florida educational ecosystem.

Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

● Translate the strategic plan into actionable 3DE program plans with measurable goals.
● Lead the design, development, and execution of 3DE programming, ensuring fidelity, innovation, and impact.
● Lead and manage the implementation and growth of 3DE across JACF partner schools with full fidelity to the national 3DE model.
● Adapt implementation strategies to meet local school needs while preserving instructional integrity and student-centered outcomes.
● Collaborate with the CAO to ensure 3DE aligns with JACF’s broader learning experiences, including BizTown, Finance Park, and classroom programs.
● Identify new program opportunities and support revenue-generating strategies with corporate and community partners.
●Stay current with JA USA programming and best practices; ensure team adoption and implementation.
●Contribute to grant reporting related to education deliverables and ensure compliance.

Stakeholder Engagement & Representation

● Serve as the senior liaison to school districts, principals, and administrative teams with direct responsibility for district and principal relationships.
● Build and maintain strategic relationships to ensure ongoing partnership, buy-in, and program sustainability.
● Gather and present program outcomes to internal and external stakeholders and utilize data to inform continuous improvement.
● Represent JACF in education forums and community meetings; provide thought leadership around the value of 3DE to JACF Stakeholders and the broader community and build the organization’s visibility.
● Cultivate and maintain relationships with local government, school districts, and community organizations to support funding and partnership strategies.
● Act as the point of contact and build relationships for all district contacts.
● Assist with legislative and advocacy efforts in partnership with the CEO/CAO.
● Participate in donor tours and events to highlight program success and build funder confidence.

Team & Operational Management

● Supervise and support a high-performing team of 3DE School implementation staff ensuring staff accountability.
● Promote a collaborative, accountable, and innovative team culture focused on instructional excellence and student impact.
● Provide clear expectations, performance feedback, and professional development to support staff growth and retention.
● Establish systems to monitor, evaluate, and report on program performance, including dashboards, reports, and key performance metrics.
● Manage the 3DE team’s staffing plans, scheduling, and resource allocation in alignment with strategic and operational priorities.
● Ensure alignment with JA USA standards, benchmarks, and quality measures.

Data & Continuous Improvement

● Monitor and analyze program performance using key metrics, including model fidelity, student engagement, and school satisfaction.
● Use data insights to guide decision-making, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous program refinement.
● Track student impact and partner feedback to inform strategic planning and annual goal-setting.
● Support reporting, storytelling, and impact presentations in collaboration with the CAO and Development Team.
● Proactively address data quality, performing data validation and resolution of discrepancies.

Qualifications (required)

● Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Education, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
● Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in education, nonprofit program management, or school district engagement.
● Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with school administrators and district leadership.
● Deep understanding of instructional models, competency-based learning, and workforce readiness education.
● Proven experience with systems thinking, strategic execution, and building partnerships across sectors.
● Knowledge of data evaluation systems, dashboards, and educational impact reporting.
