The Partnership Engagement Manager supports the implementation of the 3DE model by coordinating and executing the full cycle of business partner and volunteer activations. This includes scheduling, registration, communication, debrief calls, renewals, and data tracking to ensure high-quality and efficient partner engagement.
Primary Responsibilities:
Case Activation Management
● Oversee the full case activation cycle for 3DE schools and partners
● Case Design: Collaborate with internal teams and partners to shape case topics and engagement logistics aligned to instructional and strategic goals.
● Scheduling & Volunteer Registration: Coordinate timelines and secure volunteer commitments based on school calendars and partner availability.
● Volunteer Preparation: Develop and distribute training materials and communication to ensure volunteers are informed, aligned, and confident.
● Activation Oversight: Ensure readiness across all components leading into school engagements, and coordinate roles across staff to support smooth execution.
● Debriefing, Feedback, and Renewal: Lead post-activation review processes, including collection and analysis of feedback and renewal of partner engagement for future activations.
● Collaborate with the education team on early-stage case design conversations.
Volunteer Coordination
● In collaboration with the Volunteer Manager, maintain and update the VolunteerHub/Power BI dashboard to monitor volunteer slot fulfillment by case, school, and event.
● Maintain continuous and timely partner communication pre and post engagement events including distributing impact reports.
● Distribute post-activation surveys and assist with review and summarization of volunteer feedback.
● Communicate logistical details and timely reminders to volunteers to ensure strong engagement.
Scheduling & Logistics
● Coordinate calendars between business partners and JACF staff to confirm activation schedules.
● Ensure volunteers receive necessary materials, directions, and instructions in advance of school visits.
● Respond to inquiries from volunteers and partners, escalating complex or unclear issues as needed.
Collaboration & Communication
● Work with JACF internal teams (e.g., education, philanthropy, marketing) to support smooth partner engagement workflows.
● Build professional and supportive relationships with external partners and volunteers.
● Represent JACF at select key engagements, such as field trips or Market Expo events, as assigned.
Other Duties
● Participate in regular team check-ins, planning meetings, and cross-department communications.
● Assist with 3DE tour coordination and execution as needed.
● Assist in process improvements and administrative duties to support the 3DE department.
Qualifications (required)
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
● Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
● 1–2 years of experience in volunteer coordination, nonprofit administration, partner engagement, or related fields.
● Exposure to event logistics or community programming is a plus.
