Junior Achievement of Central Florida (JACF) is a mission-powered nonprofit transforming how young people prepare for their future economic success. Through immersive, experiential learning in financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurship, we are helping build future-ready ecosystems that support over 50,000 students annually across Central Florida.

Primary Responsibilities:
As the Director of Partnerships, you will lead revenue generation and end-to-end execution for JACF’s signature events:
Mid-Florida Business Hall of Fame
Driving Dreams Golf Invitational
Bowl-A-Thon
This hands-on leadership role raises $700,000+ annually through transformational corporate partnerships and strategic engagement experiences. You will work cross-functionally to ensure our events and partnerships reflect a commitment to system-level impact and help drive equitable economic opportunity across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising & Corporate Engagement:
Cultivate and grow mission-aligned corporate sponsors and individual donors
Develop custom partnership proposals and deliver mission-focused impact reports
Steward new and existing donors for long-term engagement and shared outcomes
Event Strategy & Execution:
Plan, budget, and manage all aspects of major fundraising events
Oversee logistics, vendors, contracts, and timelines for all events
Collaborate on promotional strategies and partner experiences that amplify our brand and values
Community & Ecosystem Engagement:
Represent JACF at networking and strategic community functions
Work closely with the Education, Marketing, and Finance teams to align execution with programming and goals
Ensure events and partnerships support systemic community transformation and elevate JACF's visibility
Qualifications (required)
3–5 years of nonprofit fundraising, corporate development, or partnership experience
Proven ability to secure sponsorships, manage events, and grow donor pipelines
Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives
Proficiency in CRM systems, Monday.com, Slack, Microsoft Suite, Canva, etc.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Reliable transportation and flexibility for evening/weekend events as needed
